9-10-2024 Intel Guru MarkZ [via PDK] Another big one over the weekend is...folks are commenting from Iraq that they now have control over their own oil revenues. If this is a fact it means that bills have been paid and we are about to see the official announcement that Iraq is out of chapter 7. This is huge. We know they met all the requirements some time ago. But it now appears they now have full control of their oil revenues. This is a huge piece…. We just need an official announcement…before we can set up the band and have a party.

In other words Iraq has done a great job keeping inflation down...That's what it is we're looking for.

Who is it they have concessions with?" Iraq / CBI selects banks with whom they are willing to work. These banks get commissions. They are the primary banks handling exchanges. If you go to the Podunk local bank, they will send the currency to one of the contractor banks. This will not be an ordinary bank currency exchange. Too much confusion to have dozens of different banks sending in currency transactions...

[via PDK] The biggest piece I had over the weekend was more confirmations of continuing education of the lower denominations in Iraq. I had a couple more confirmations that Sudani announced on television that they are planning to raise the value of the dinar during his current administration. I thought that was a great one.

9-9-2024 Newshound Guru Militia Man Why is Saleh, the Financial Advisor, talking so much about 'enhancing the value of the local currency'? Isn't that what we're waiting for? Article quote: "...Central Bank's policies play a major role in the stability of the currency which achieves harmony between the internal value of the currency and the external value...he added a booming and sustainable economic growth in GDP contributes to enhancing the value and stability of the currency..." Saleh is opening talking about the value of their local currency, internal/external value, reducing inflation, stability of the value of the currency, strength of the national currency, enhancing the value of the currency. It's off the charts. They talk about being historic, with language like that, I'm looking forward to something that's going to historic.

Sudani...told us the upcoming year the mechanism would be fully engaged to give the citizens maximum benefit. FRANK: He didn't say 'Next' year...I think he's talking about the year 2024...because the commercials should be next. And if that's the case what they show you in those commercials has to be given to you very quickly. There cannot be a gap between telling you and giving them to you.

9-9-2024 Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat I was...told Wednesday in my conversation with my CBI contact that Baghdad now has installed the huge TV screens...They also told me that they are getting ready to broadcast the swap out of the currency video...they do not expect to conduct the swap out until late this year, after the US elections and my information tells me that January is most appropriate.

[via PDK] PM Sudani – in the news this week was asked if they are planning on revaluing the Iraq currency…and he answered yes they were…during his administration. Not sure how much longer he has got…but this is a huge one. He is telling us the goal during his administration is adding value and removing the zeros from the Iraqi dinar.

I think Iraq has made significant adjustments to what they've been doing. I think their non-oil revenue streams is going to bring value to their country...Iraq...glory days was based off of just oil...Iraq has a lot more than just oil...Liquid natural gas, that's a massive amount of income. They used to burn it and flare it and just waste it. Now they're going to produce it and ship it, likely to Europe...They're going to bottle that gas and sell it...They're not only going to increase their oil but they're going to increase their non-oil revenue streams. That's where all the ability to be able to support the value of their currency...

We believe this is the next step because of what Sudani told the Iraqi citizens. IMO the commercials are the next thing that they're going to show them. IMO the commercials are already produced...They will be released to the public. When Sudani said the monetary reform is coming to an end...that's a big hint...That's what we in intel call a big clue.

I went to Mr. Sammy [Bank Manager Friend] and I said, 'What happens next?' He said after the monetary reform education, the lower notes will come out. But first the commercials will show them to you. He seems to think it's the upcoming next year for some reason. FRANK: The reason why he is saying this is because he is aware that the CBI will meet with the United States Treasury at the end of this year. He may be thinking we need that meeting. IMO I strongly disagree. I still look forward to Alaq returning from New York with a new exchange rate that everyone is agreeing upon...IMO the commercials are next...because they are already produced and ready to be released.

We all know they planned for a late summer reinstatement, but that plan failed and the US Treasury finally stepped in to help out... Now we move on to a new chapter and another attempt at it.

Isn't that what I said it was called? A redenomination, lopping off the zeros, deleting the zeros, whatever you want to call it. It's a redenomination. As usual I am right about that and they are wrong.

MarkZ: They are the same things…The redeeming banks/redemption centers…are bank locations with trained staff and equipment to handle our exchanges...I was told 90% of Americans will have an exchange location within 50 miles of their house…. If you are in remote rural areas …you may have further to go…not sure about other countries.

Sudanese adviser rules out removing 3 zeros from the coin" My fingers were crossed and I was hoping they would not remove the zeros...That's step one, don't remove the zeros. Now, do we want the exchange rate to change? Yeah. Now is the time while the zeros are still on there. I'm not saying that's going to happen but what I'm saying is if it was ever going to happen the way we wanted it to, now is the time.

...One of the loose ends is the much-needed amendments to the Iraq Investment Law. They told us in an article that the WTO requested some changes to the law. In this same article, they told that this was the ONLY issue holding Iraq back from full accession... So, what pops out in the recent news. The article is titled “PARLIAMENTARY ECONOMY COMMITTEE DISCUSSES AMENDING THE “INVESTMENT LAW”. The Iraqi legislative arena is currently witnessing intensive discussions about the fourth amendment to Investment Law No. 13 of 2006, as amended, in light of the significant expansion of investment activity in the country in recent years. So we may see this law very soon. Then the WTO.

But I am looking for proof that this is accurate. I am hearing this from many different sources…. IF this is accurate…in the next day or two-you and I should find out when we can go in and exchange our currency - IF THIS IS ACCURATE. ...I am getting blown up with contacts saying they have let things go...I have heard this from a number of sources... STAY CALM….I am really trying to stay calm as well.
